Culinary Refinement is entering a new era.  It’s time!  Chef Jack is committed to following his dream of assisting families of cancer patients, to heal and bring much joy in the process.  The lifelong journey of refining the Culinary Arts is now in the transforming kitchen at CTCA.  Education through the Brigade System method of training its staff is at hand.  A teaching kitchen is in the near future.  A library is in place.  Education-video and lecture room is being utilized.  A structured culinary program is being launched on January 2, 2010.  This being said CTCA & Culinary Refinement with Chef Jack at the helm will create an environment that will not only be the educated kitchens of yesteryear but will also contribute to cancer families the ultimate gift of joy and love!
